摘要
目的 探讨知信行理论模式的健康教育在儿童弱视训练中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年11月至2022年8月于东莞光明眼科医院接受弱视训练的120例弱视患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予综合弱视训练及传统健康教育,观察组给予综合弱视训练及知信行理论模式的健康教育。比较两组患儿训练依从性、治疗有效性及护理满意度。结果 干预后观察组患儿治疗依从性总分为(12.73±2.10)分,对照组患儿治疗依从性总分为(8.23±1.57)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率(89.02%)高于对照组治疗有效率(69.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度评分(95.87±4.47)分高于对照组(90.25±4.92)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将知信行理论模式的健康教育应用于儿童弱视训练的临床护理中,能有效提高弱视患儿训练依从性,提高治疗效果及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of health education based on the theory of knowledge,belief and action in children's amblyopia training.Methods A total of 120 children with amblyopia who received amblyopia training in Dongguan Guangming Eye Hospital from November 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given comprehensive amblyopia training and traditional health education,and the observation group was given comprehensive amblyopia training and health education based on the theory of knowledge,belief and action.The training compliance,treatment effectiveness and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the total score of treatment compliance was(12.73±2.10)points in the observation group and(8.23±1.57)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group(89.02%)was higher than that of the control group(69.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction score of the observation group(95.87±4.47)was higher than that of the control group(90.25±4.92),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the health education model of knowledge,belief and action theory to the clinical nursing of amblyopia training can effectively improve the training compliance of children with amblyopia training,improve the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction.
