摘要
本文介绍了2205双相不锈钢化学成分及力学性能,并对其各合金元素的作用进行了分析。试验采用40mm的SA-240 S32205双相不锈钢板材,采用GTAW+SAW焊接方法焊接,焊接后试板均分两半,其中一半进行1060℃×90min固溶热处理。固溶热处理后,对两块试板进行拉伸、弯曲、冲击、硬度、铁素体、点蚀、显微组织等试验。试验结果表明,固溶热处理后,焊接接头以及焊缝金属的抗拉强度、铁素体、焊缝和热影响区的硬度有所下降,冲击韧性和抗点蚀能力得到了提高。
This paper introduces the chemical composition and mechanical properties of 2205 duplex stainless steel,and analyzes the role of its alloy composition.40mm thickness of SA-240 S32205 duplex stainless steel plate was used in the test,and GTAW+SAW welding method was used for welding.After welding,the test plate was cut into two parts,and the one half was 1060℃×90 min solution heat treatment.After solution heat treatment,tensile,bending,impact,hardness,ferrite,pitting test and microstructure test were carried out on the two test plates.The test results show that after solution heat treatment,the welding joint and weld metal tensile strength,weld ferrite,weld and heat affected zone hardness decreased,and the impact property and pitting resistance were improved.
