摘要
商务英语文体本质上是围绕信息输出实现预设交流效果的一个多层面处理过程。在全球经济变革的当下,通过商务沟通与合作伙伴和客户建立长期友好关系比以往更为重要。商务英语的语言和文体特征,主要是隐喻、委婉语和习语作为核心的比喻元素,成为增强和丰富商务英语表达的重要方式。通过分析和论述商务英语文体本质、研究的核心问题以及商务英语语篇文体中的比喻元素,探讨商务英语中比喻模式的使用及其作用,揭示比喻模式通过词汇和语法的方式实现预设目标,并说明其隐含意义,据此阐述商务英语的语篇文体特征及教学要求。
Business English style is essentially a multi-level process that focuses on expected information output to achieve preset communication effects.In the current era of worldwide economic revolution,it is more important than ever to establish long-term friendly relationships with partners and customers through business communication.The linguistic and stylistic features of business English,mainly in terms of metaphor,euphemism and idiom which are taken as the core figurative elements,have become an important way to enhance and enrich the expression of business English.This paper discusses the essence of business English style and the core issues in research,as well as the figurative elements in the discourse style of business English and business English teaching.
