摘要
针对油罐装卸油作业过程中VOCs的排放量难以测算的问题,以油气扩散分布机理与罐体呼气理论为基础,使用空间与时间的离散化的数值方法,用有限差分进化方法求解摩尔流扩散方程、气体动量方程,依照液面处与罐顶的特殊边界条件,建立实时监测算法模型。判断算法的稳定性,并对全过程进行程序开发简化计算过程。经现场实验表明,该算法的结果与以往经验公式相比可降低误差达76.1%。
Aiming at the difficulty in calculating VOCs emissions during oil tank loading and unloading,based on the loss the⁃ory of oil and gas which is storaged in oil tank,and discrete numerical methods for space and time,the continuity equation,multi-component molar-flow diffusion equation,and momentum equation are simplified,then the numerical model of oil concentra⁃tion and exhaust volume in loading and unloading can be established.Which can be simplified according to the special boundary conditions,and calculation process is carried out by VB programming language.The calculation results of this model can reduce the error of empirical formulas about 76.1%,which provides an efficient,accurate loss measurement method for oil and gas storage and transportation units.
