摘要
为研究某电子束辐照预硫化设备对周围环境的辐射影响,通过对某电子束辐照预硫化设备自带辐射屏蔽设施的防护能力和该项目正常运行时设备周围的辐射监测和分析,并结合辐射防护管理措施设置情况,得出该电子束辐照预硫化设备对环境的辐射影响程度。结果表明:本次分析的电子束辐照预硫化设备正常运行时对周围环境及人员受照剂量的影响符合相关标准要求;电子束辐照预硫化应用项目符合国家产业政策和实践正当性的要求,项目建设具有可行性,为同类型的电子束辐照预硫化设备的建设提供借鉴。
In order to study the radiation effect of an electron beam irradiation pre-vulcanization equipment on the surrounding environment,through the protection capability of the radiation shielding facility of an electron beam irradiation pre-vulcanization equipment and the radiation monitoring and analysis around the equipment during the normal operation of the project,combined with the setting of radiation protection management measures,the radiation impact of the electron beam irradiation pre-vulcanization equipment on the environment is obtained.The results show that the influence of the normal operation of the electron beam irradiation pre-vulcanization equipment on the surrounding environment and personnel radiation dose meets the requirements of relevant standards;the electron beam irradiation pre-vulcanization application project meets the requirements of national industrial policy and practice legitimacy,and the project construction is feasible,which provides a reference for the construction of the same type of electron beam irradiation pre-vulcanization equipment.
