斜截面钢箱梁提篮拱桥桥面结构施工技术研究

摘要 结合斜截面钢箱梁提篮拱桥桥面结构,以绵阳科技城涪江大桥为工程背景,针对该类桥梁在桥面结构施工中所遇到的斜截面主梁外侧支座脱空和倒T形横梁面外屈曲两大技术难题,通过分析研究创新提出处理措施:主梁通过设置预偏角可解决拼装斜截面主梁时因其向内偏转而造成外侧支座脱空的问题,并给出主梁预偏角计算公式及设置方法;在横梁跨中增设支架并主动顶升,可大幅提高横梁的面外稳定性能,确保其在施工过程中不会出现失稳,并基于数值模拟给出满足稳定性要求的顶升力下限值。本文提出的两项施工技术已成功应用于绵阳科技城涪江大桥,保障了我国首座斜截面钢箱梁提篮拱桥桥面结构的顺利拼装。 Combined with the bridge deck structure of the inclined section steel box girder basket handle arch bridge,and taking the Fujiang Bridge of Mianyang Science and Technology City as the engineering background,the two technical problems encountered in the construction of the bridge deck structure of this type of bridge are analyzed:the outer support of the inclined section main beam is separated and the inverted T-shaped beam is buckled out of plane.Then,the disposal measures are put forward innovatively through analysis and research:the measures of setting the pre-deflection angle of the main beam can solve the problem of the void of the outer support caused by its inward deflection when assembling the inclined section main beam,and the calculation formula and setting method of the pre-deflection angle of the main beam are provided.By adding support and active jacking in the mid-span of the beam,the out-of-plane stability of the beam is greatly improved to ensure that it will not lose stability during the construction process,and the lower limit of the jacking force that meets the stability requirements is given based on numerical simulation.The two construction technologies proposed in this paper have been successfully applied to the Fujiang Bridge in Mianyang Science and Technology City,which ensures the smooth assembly of the bridge deck structure of the first inclined section steel box girder basket handle arch bridge in China.
