摘要
钢轨应力是无缝线路钢轨强度承载检算的唯一指标,也是无缝线路管理技术要点,尤其是钢轨温度应力是工务施工维修管理的核心。通过分析无缝线路锁定后钢轨温度力分布与变化规律,提出钢轨伸缩端延长锁定长度计算方法;考虑钢轨低温或高温作业环境,提出钢轨温度人工干预施工技术,并采用应力均衡法解决温度应力集中问题;基于钢轨强度承载力计算结果,结合兰新线嘉峪关地区无缝线路地段线形和垂直磨耗特点,给出锁定轨温管理所允许具体范围。研究结果对降低钢轨温度应力,确保无缝线路稳定具有指导意义。
Rail stress is the only indicator for the strength bearing capacity calculation of seamless rail,and it is also a technical key point of seamless rail management,rail temperature stress is the core key to engineering construction and maintenance management especially.Through the analysis of the distribution and variation law of temperature force on the steel rail after locking the seamless track,it has been obtained that is a method for calculating the extended locking length of the steel rail expansion.Considering the low-temperature or high-temperature working environment of steel rails,it has been proposed that is the manual intervention construction technology for steel rail temperature,and the stress balance method to solve the problem of temperature stress concentration.Based on the calculation results of steel rail strength bearing capacity and combined with the linear section and vertical wear characteristics of seamless rail in the Jiayuguan area of the Lanzhou-Xinjiang Line,it has been given that is the specific values for the allowable range of locked rail temperature management.The research results have guiding significance for reducing rail temperature stress and ensuring the stability of seamless tracks.
