摘要
以某复杂外形ROV为研究对象,建立了ROV的水动力计算模型,基于CFD数值计算基本方法和多面体网格技术,搭建了三维数值水池,采用Coupled Implicit方法求解N-S方程,完成了复杂外形ROV阻力的数值计算。结果表明:论文采用的计算方法能够真实地反映ROV的阻力性能。在航速3Kn时,该ROV沿X方向直航和沿Y方向横移的阻力值均保持在35kg以内,论文的计算值可为ROV推进器的选型和动力推进系统的设计提供参考。
Taking a complex shape of ROV as the research object,the hydrodynamic calculation model of ROV is established,based on the basic method of CFD numerical calculation and polyhedral mesh technology,a three-dimensional numerical pool is built,The N-S equation is solved by the Coupled Implicit method,and the numerical calculation of the ROV resistance with complex shape is completed.The results show that the calculation method used in this paper can reflect the resistance performance of ROV truly.At the speed of 3Kn,the resistance value of the ROV in the straight direction in the X direction and the lateral movement in the Y direction is kept within 35kg.The calculated values in this paper can provide a reference for the selection of ROV thrusters and the design of power propulsion systems.
