基于改进型LEC法的线路工程安全风险评估研究

摘要 分析线路工程风险评估中作业条件危险性评价法的不足之处,采用事故统计系数、工程危险系数、层次分析法对作业条件危险性评价法进行改进,提高了线路工程已发生事故及危大工程所涉及的危险有害因素等级,解决了线路工程风险评估准确性不高的问题。改进方法行之有效,可操作性强,易于推广实施,可以有效落实安全风险分级管控,避免线路工程人身伤亡事故的发生。 Analysis is carried out on the shortcomings in the method of assessing operation condition risks of line engineering projects,and the accident statistical coefficient,engineering risk coefficient and the analytic hierarchy process approach are applied to improve the operation condition risk assessment method so as to increase the grade of the dangerous and harmful factors involved in the accidents and major dangerous projects and solve the problem that the accuracy of risk assessment is not high.The improved method presents effective,maneuverable,easy to popularize and implement,and available to effectively implement the hierarchical control of safety risks and avoid the occurrence of personal injuries and death accidents in line engineering projects.
