某220 kV变电站直流I母接地案例分析

摘要 直流系统作为220 kV变电站的核心支撑,承担站内所有信号及远动设备、保护及自动装置、事故照明、断路器及隔离开关分合闸操作的电力来源。直流系统发生故障大概率会造成保护或自动装置误拒动的后果,严重时甚至会引起地区主网的不稳定运行。分析一起某220 kV变电站直流I母接地事故案例,首先介绍了直流接地造成的严峻后果,接着介绍了该起直流接地案例的处理过程,紧接着对该起直流接地事故的起因进行剖析,最后对该起案例进行反思并提出总结建议,为变电专业人员处理类似接地故障提供帮助。 The DC system is of great importance as a 220 kV substation core,and the power source of all signal and telecontrol equipment,protection and automatic devices,emergency lighting,circuit breakers and isolation switches in the station.The occurrence of faults in DC system highly probably cause undesired or refused activation of protection or automatic devices,or even unstable operation of regional major grid in severe cases.This paper reports a case of DC I bus grounding accident in an actual 220 kV substation.It describes the severe consequences of DC grounding faults,retrospects the handling process of the case,and analyzes the cause of this grounding fault-induced accident.It finally introspectively discusses the accident and gives summarized suggestions which may be helpful for professionals to deal with the similar faults.
