储能参与电网二次调频控制策略仿真分析

摘要 “碳达峰、碳中和”目标下,可再生能源在一次能源中的占比日益增大。应用大规模储能系统参与电网辅助调频将有效解决可再生能源大规模并网带来的频率波动问题。首先建立了参与调频的储能模型并在此基础上搭建了含储能系统的电网调频模型,接着提出了一种基于模糊控制的计及ACE和储能电池SOC的控制策略,最后在MATLAB中搭建了仿真模型并分别在阶跃扰动和连续随机扰动工况下验证了所提控制策略的可行性。 Under the"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"goals,the proportion of renewable energy sources in primary energy is increasing.Large-scale integration of renewable sources into grids causes frequency fluctuation,to which the effective solution relies on the application of large-scale energy storage system to assist secondary frequency modulation.The present work first modeled the energy storage system involved in frequency modulation,and on this basis,established energy-storage-assisted grid frequency modulation model.It then proposed a fuzzy-control-based strategy that takes into account ACE and energy storage batteries SOC.It finally conducted a simulation in MATLAB and verified feasibility of the proposed control strategy under working conditions of stepped disturbance and continuous random disturbance separately.
