高压电缆接地电流在线监测系统的设计与研究

摘要 高压电缆外护套绝缘状态差、接地不良、接地方式不正确等因素引起接地电流异常,造成电缆局部发热、绝缘老化加速、绝缘击穿等故障,实施接地电流在线监测可在故障前及时发现电缆缺陷。为此,设计了一种基于AT32F435的电缆接地电流在线监测系统,该系统由电流信号采集模块采集接地电流信号,通过ATT7053B芯片进行模数转换,再由AT32F435芯片读取ATT7053B芯片内信号数据,并对信号数据进行处理后,利用以太网模块传到上位机,对信号数据进行显示及存储处理。该系统对电缆运行状态进行实时监测,准确发现电缆故障,对提高输电可靠性具有重要意义。 Abnormal grounding current of high voltage power cables induced by bad insulation of cable sheath,inadequate grounding,and incorrect grounding methods can cause cable faults such as partial overheat,accelerated insulation degradation,and insulation breakdown.Online monitoring of grounding current for power cables an essential method for detecting defects in advance of faults.In this study,a grounding current online monitoring system was designed based on AT32F435.The grounding current was acquired by a current acquisition unit,and analog-digital conversion was carried out by ATT7053B.AT32F435 was used to read converted signal from ATT7053B and further process.The signal date was transmitted by Ethernet unit to host computer,on which results were displayed and stored.The proposed system monitors operating condition of power cable in real-time and detects cable faults accurately,which has significant meaning for improving the reliability of power transmission.
