摘要
目的:分析芪胶升白胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗斑秃的临床效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年2月内江市第二人民医院收治的斑秃患者200例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组使用复方甘草酸苷片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用芪胶升白胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-12、白细胞介素-18、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组CD8+水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:芪胶升白胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗斑秃的临床效果较好,能够减轻患者炎性反应,改善免疫功能,提高满意度。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Qijiao Shengbai Capsule combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in the treatment of alopecia areata.Methods:A total of 200 patients with alopecia areata admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Neijiang from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Qijiao Shengbai Capsule on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-8,interleukin-12,interleukin-18 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of CD8+in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Qijiao Shengbai Capsule combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in the treatment of alopecia areata is good,which can alleviate the inflammatory reactions of patients,improve the immune function,and increase the satisfaction.
