摘要
目的:探讨酪酸梭菌活菌片对直肠癌新辅助放化疗患者不良反应、炎性因子及营养状况的影响。方法:选取2020年10月—2022年5月于威海市中心医院行新辅助放化疗的60例直肠癌患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组行常规新辅助放化疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用酪酸梭菌活菌片。比较两组不良反应发生情况、炎性因子水平及营养状况。结果:观察组恶心呕吐、腹泻、食欲减退发生率低于对照组,不良反应等级≤1级占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。放化疗前,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);放化疗后,对照组CRP水平高于放化疗前,观察组CRP水平低于放化疗前以及同期对照组,两组TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于放化疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。放化疗前,两组前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)和总蛋白(TP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);放化疗后,两组PA、ALB和TP水平均低于放化疗前,但观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:直肠癌新辅助放化疗患者口服酪酸梭菌活菌片能够减轻胃肠道不良反应、炎性反应,并减小对营养状况的影响。
Objective:To investigate the influence of clostridium butyricum live tablets on adverse reactions,inflammatory factors and nutritional status of rectal cancer patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy.Methods:A total of 60 patients with rectal cancer undergoing neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy in Weihai Central Hospital from October 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy,and the observation group was treated with clostridium butyricum live tablets on the basis of the control group.The occurrence of adverse reactions,levels of inflammatory factors and nutritional status were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidences of nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and loss of appetite in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the proportion of adverse reactions of≤1 grade in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)between the two groups before chemoradiotherapy(P>0.05);After chemoradiotherapy,the CRP levels in the control group were higher than those before chemoradiotherapy,the CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those before chemoradiotherapy and those in the control group during the same period,while the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before chemoradiotherapy,the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB)and total protein(TP)between the two groups before chemoradiotherapy(P>0.05);After chemoradiotherapy,the levels of PA,ALB and TP in the two groups were
