摘要
目的探讨苯磺酸瑞马唑仑联合氟马西尼在无痛人流麻醉中的应用价值。方法选择2022年2月—2023年2月广东省中山市东升医院收治的80例无痛人流患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组采用丙泊酚麻醉,观察组采用苯磺酸瑞马唑仑麻醉,术毕静注氟马西尼0.5 mg,将两组无痛人流术患者的干预效果对比。结果观察组苏醒时间、离室时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率10.00%低于对照组27.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.021,P<0.05)。观察组在不同时间段的平均动脉压、心率波动较为平缓,与对照组相比,观察组睫毛反射消失时平均动脉压、心率高于对照组,结束唤醒时的平均动脉压、心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论无痛人流麻醉手术中,采用苯磺酸瑞马唑仑麻醉的效果好,使用氟马西尼后安全性更高。
Objective To discuss the application value of remimazolam benzenesulfonate combined with flumazenil in painless abortion anesthesia.Methods 80 painless abortion patients attending Zhongshan Dongsheng Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the ran⁃domized numerical table method,with 40 cases in each group.Propofol anesthesia was used in the control group,and remimazolam benzenesulfonate anesthesia was used in the observation group,and flumazenil 0.5 mg was injected at the end of the operation,and the intervention effects of the two groups of painless abortion patients were compared.Results The recovery time and absence time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower at 10.00%than that in the control group at 27.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.021,P<0.05).The mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the observation group fluctuated gently at different time periods.Compared with the control group,the mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group when eyelash reflex disappeared,and lower than those of the control group at the end of arousal,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In painless abortion anesthesia sur⁃gery,the use of remimazolam benzenesulfonate anesthesia is good,the use of flumazenil is more safety.
