摘要
目的分析血常规检验中全自动血细胞分析仪+血涂片细胞形态检验的价值。方法选取2022年9月—2023年9月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院检验科80份血液标本作为研究对象,均行血常规检验,将标本放入到3个试管中,第1个试管行全自动血细胞分析仪检测,第2个试管行血涂片细胞形态检测,第3个试管行联合检测,分别归为分析组、涂片组、联合检测。比较红细胞阳性检出率、白细胞阳性检出率。结果联合检测在血小板、红细胞等方面的检出率均(97.50%、96.25%)高于分析组和涂片组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=44.894、41.534、43.538、10.172,P均<0.001)。联合检测嗜酸性细胞、中性粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞检出率均高于分析组和涂片组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.001)。结论以全自动血细胞分析仪为基础,同期增加血涂片细胞形态的方案优势明显,可维持高阳性检出率,建议在血常规检验中使用。
Objective To analyze the value of automatic blood cell analyzer+blood smear cell morphology test in blood routine tests.Methods A total of 80 blood samples from the Laboratory of Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Nursing and Health Group from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.All of them were subjected to routine blood test,and the specimens were put into 3 test tubes.Automatic blood cell analyzer was performed in the first test tube,blood smear cell morphology was performed in the second test tube,and combined test was performed in the third test tube.They were classified into analysis group,smear group and combined detection.The positive detection rates of red blood cells and white blood cells were compared.Results The detection rates of platelet and red blood cell in combined test(97.50%,96.25%)were higher than those in analysis group and smear group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=44.894,41.534,43.538,10.172,all P<0.001).The detec⁃tion rates of eosinophilic cells,neutrophils,monocytes and lymphocytes were higher than those in analysis group and smear group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.001).Conclusion Based on the automatic blood cell analyzer,the program of increasing the cell shape of blood smear at the same time has obvious advantages and can maintain a high positive detection rate,so it is recommended to use in blood routine tests.
