摘要
目的探讨营养干预联合运动训练治疗老年肌少症的临床疗效。方法选择2022年2—12月南京市六合区人民医院诊治的72例老年肌少症患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组采用阿法骨化醇治疗,观察组在阿法骨化醇基础上予营养干预联合运动训练干预,比较治疗前后营养状态,检测握力、步速、骨骼肌密度,并评估患者躯体功能。结果治疗后观察组微型营养评价量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组握力为(21.18±2.14)kg、步速为(1.13±0.12)m/s、骨骼肌密度为(48.26±3.66)HU,均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.729、5.529、4.163,P均<0.05)。治疗后观察组简易体能状况表、Barthel量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对老年肌少症患者采用营养干预联合运动训练治疗能改善营养状态,可提高握力、步速以及骨骼肌密度,能提高患者躯体功能。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nutrition intervention combined with exercise training in the treatment of senile sarcopenia.Methods A total of 72 elderly patients with sarcopenia diagnosed and treated in Nan⁃jing Liuhe District People's Hospital from February to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alfacalciferol.The observation group was given nutritional intervention combined with exercise training intervention on the basis of alfacalciferol.The nutritional status before and after treatment was compared.The grip strength,pace and skeletal muscle density were measured,and the physical function of the pa⁃tients was evaluated.Results The micro nutrition evaluation scale score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the grip strength of the observation group was(21.18±2.14)kg,the walking speed was(1.13±0.12)m/s,and the skeletal muscle density was(48.26±3.66)HU,all of which were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(t=3.729,5.529,4.163,all P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had higher scores on the Simplified Physical Fitness Scale and Barthel Scale than the control group,and the differences were statistically sig⁃nificant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional intervention combined with exercise training for elderly patients with sarcopenia can improve nutritional status,improve grip strength,walking speed and skeletal muscle density,and im⁃prove physical function.
