摘要
目的 分析不同根管填充程度对牙体牙髓病的临床效果。方法 便利选取2020年6月—2021年5月江苏省东海县人民医院口腔科收治的66例牙体牙髓病患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=33)、观察组(n=33)。对照组欠充根管治疗,观察组适充根管治疗。对比两组临床疗效、生活质量、炎性因子水平。结果 与对照组相比,观察组临床总有效率(93.94%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.345,P=0.021)。治疗后,观察组生活质量水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛程度、炎性因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 适充根管治疗较欠充根管治疗用于牙体牙髓病治疗效果更佳,且有助于减少炎症反应与疼痛程度,提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness of different root canal filling degrees on endodontics.Methods 66 cases of endodontics patients admitted to the Department of Stomatology,Donghai County People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province,from June 2020 to May 2021 were conveniently selected and divided into the control group(n=33)and the observation group(n=33)according to the random number method.The control group was underfilled root canal treatment,and the observation group was fit-filled root canal treatment.The clinical efficacy,quality of life,and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total clinical effectiveness rate(93.94%)was higher in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.345,P=0.021).After treatment,the quality of life level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain level and inflammatory factor level of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Filling root canal treatment is more effective than inadequate root canal treatment for endodontics,and it helps to reduce inflammatory reaction and pain level and improve the quality of life.
