摘要
目的回顾性分析在子痫前期治疗中联合应用复方丹参注射液与拉贝洛尔的临床疗效。方法选择2020年8月—2023年8月滕州市妇幼保健院92例子痫前期患者为研究对象,分组方式以不同用药方案为依据,各46例,对照组用药方案为拉贝洛尔单一用药,研究组用药方案为复方丹参注射液与拉贝洛尔联合用药,疗程结束后对比两组治疗效果及妊娠结局。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的78.26%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.133,P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组的平均动脉压(mean arterial pressure,MAP)与24 h尿蛋白定量(24-hour urinary protein content,24 hPro)水平均明显降低,研究组更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者各凝血指标水平均明显改善,研究组更优,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组各氧化应激指标水平改善,研究组更优,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组的不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在拉贝洛尔治疗子痫前期期间联合应用复方丹参注射液可有效控制血压,减少24 h尿蛋白量,抑制机体氧化应激反应,改善凝血功能及妊娠结局。
Objective To retrospective analyze the clinical effect of combined application of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection and labetalol in the treatment of preeclampsia.Methods 92 cases of preeclampsia patients from Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and the group was divided into 46 cases based on different medication regimens.The control group was given labetalol single medication,while the study group was given compound Danshen injection combined with labetalol.After treatment,the therapeutic effect and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.65%,which was higher than 78.26%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.133,P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,mean arterial pressure(MAP)and 24-hour urinary protein content(24 hPro)levels of both groups were significantly reduced after treatment,and those of the study group were lower,the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of coagulation indexes in two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the study group were better,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of oxidative stress indexes in the two groups were improved after treatment,and the study group were better,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Salvia miltiorrhizae injection during the treatment of preeclampsia can effectively control blood pressure,reduce 24 h urinary protein,inhibit oxidative stress response,improve coagulation function and pregnancy outcome.
