摘要
为探究基于网状Meta分析配制出的中药组方“复方常青”对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫病的治疗效果,将180只黄羽肉鸡随机分为6组,分别为复方常青高、中、低剂量组(A、B、C),地克珠利组(D),不攻虫也不给药的阴性对照组(E)和攻虫不给药的阳性对照组(F)。除E组外,雏鸡在15日龄灌服1×10^(5)个球虫孢子化卵囊以构建感染模型;A、B、C组以中药原药兑水给药,给药浓度分别为5、2.5、1 mL/L,D组以地克珠利溶液1 mL/L兑水给药,并从18日龄起连续治疗5 d。通过增重情况、料肉比、盲肠病变、每克盲肠内容物卵囊数、存活率、抗球虫指数及细胞因子稳态来评价药物治疗效果。结果显示,A组对感染雏鸡增加体重、减轻盲肠病变、减少每克盲肠内容物卵囊数及提高存活率的作用优于其他治疗组,所获得的抗球虫指数最高(>180);B组对细胞因子IL-17、IL-10平衡作用优于其他治疗组。表明复方常青中药组方可有效的治疗鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫病。
In order to explore the therapeutic effect of compound Changqing,a traditional Chinese medicine prescription formulated based on network meta-analysis,on Eimeria tenella infection in chickens,180 yellow-feathered broiler chickens were randomly divided into 6 groups:compound Changqing high,medium and low dose groups(A,B and C),diclazuril group(D),negative control group(E)without Eimeria tenella challenge and no drug administration,and positive control group(F)with Eimeria tenella challenge and no drug administration.Except for group E,the chicks were fed with 1×10^(5) sporulated oocysts of Eimeria tenella at the age of 15 days to establish the infection model.Group A,B and C were treated with original Chinese medicine mixed with water at the concentration of 5 mL/L,2.5 mL/L and 1 mL/L,respectively.Group D was treated with diclazuril solution mixed with water at the concentration of 1 mL/L,and the treatment was continued for 5 days from the age of 18 days.Weight gain,ratio of feed to meat,cecal lesions,number of oocysts per gram of cecal content,survival rate,the anticoccidial index and cytokine homeostasis were used to evaluate the efficacy of drug treatment.The results showed that group A was superior to other treatment groups in increasing body weight,reducing cecal lesions,reducing the number of oocysts per gram of cecal contents and improving the survival rate of infected chicks,and the highest anticoccidial index(>180)was obtained.The balance of IL-17 and IL-10 in group B was better than that in other treatment groups.The study showed that compound Changqing Chinese medicine was effective in the treatment of Eimeria tenella in chickens.
