摘要
皮肤是人体抵抗外界损伤的第一道防线,皮肤上的各种微生物共同组成了皮肤微生物组,皮肤微生物屏障与物理屏障、化学屏障等一起构成了皮肤的屏障功能。当皮肤微生物组的平衡被打破时,往往会导致各种皮肤疾病。本文对皮肤微生物组与皮肤疾病的关系及皮肤疾病的微生态治疗进行综述。
Skin is the first line of defense of human body against external damage.Various microbes on the skin jointly form the skin microbiome,and the skin microbial barrier takes effect with physical and chemical barriers to constitute the skin barrier function.However,when the balance of the skin microbiome is disrupted,it often leads to various skin diseases.This article reviews the relationship between skin microbiome and skin diseases and the microecological treatment of skin diseases.
