摘要
目的探讨银丹心脑通胶囊联合倍他司汀在老年后循环缺血性眩晕中的效果及其对血流动力学的改善作用分析。方法选择2021年1月至2023年1月在汝州第一人民医院进行治疗的卒后循环缺血性眩晕患者(85例),按治疗方法分为对照组(42例)与观察组(43例)。施以对照组甲磺酸倍他司汀片,观察组则加之银丹心脑通软胶囊口服,2组连续治疗2周。观察2组治疗效果、血脂水平、椎基底动脉平均流速及血液流变学参数。结果观察组临床总有效率更高(91%、71%,χ^(2)=5.613,P<0.05)。治疗后2组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均有所上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组较对照组改善幅度更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组三酰甘油与总胆固醇水平均有所下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组较对照组改善幅度更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过治疗2组基底动脉平均血流速度及左、右椎动脉平均血流速度均加快,观察组更快,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组血浆黏度和低切、中切、高切全血黏度均有所降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组较对照组的降幅更大,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);2组血小板聚集率、红细胞沉降率均有所升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组较对照组的升幅更大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银丹心脑通胶囊联合倍他司汀应用于老年后循环缺血性眩晕中的效果确切,可有效调整血脂水平及椎基底动脉流速,对血液流变学有一定改善作用,具有较高的应用价值,可在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Yindan cerebral capsule combined with betasultin in senile circulatory ischemic vertigo and its improvement on hemodynamics.Methods According to the methods of treatment,the patients with post-stroke circulatory ischemic vertigo(85 cases)who were treated in Ruzhou First People′s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(43 cases).The control group received betastine mesylate tablets,and the observation group took orally with Yindan cerebral capsule,and the two groups were treated for 2 weeks.The treatment effect,blood lipid levels,mean vertebrobasilar flow rate and blood rheological parameters were observed in the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate was higher in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(91%,71%,χ^(2)=5.613,P<0.05).After treatment,the HDL cholesterol level increased in both groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the observed group decreased in triacylglycerol and total cholesterol levels,and the observation group improved more significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically signif-icant(P<0.05).The mean flow velocity of left and right vertebral arteries were significantly faster,and the observa-tion group was faster,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity and low cut,moderate cut and high cut whole blood viscosity decreased in two groups,and the observed group de-creased more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the platelet aggregation rate and erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased in both groups,and the observed group increased more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Yindan cerebral cap-sule combined with betashistine applied in elderly posterior circulation ischemic vertigo is accurate,which can ef-fectively adjust blood lipid level and vertebro
