数字孪生水利内涵及应用场景研究

摘要 数字孪生水利涵盖数字孪生水利工程、数字孪生流域和数字孪生水网三大范畴,主要研究内容包括数字孪生-水利工程、数字孪生-流域、数字孪生-水网、水网-流域、水网-水利工程、流域-水利工程六大关系。其中,数字孪生水利工程是实现数字孪生流域的关键,数字孪生水利工程、数字孪生流域是实现数字孪生水网的前提。对数字孪生水利的基本内涵、核心要素,以及与智慧水利的关系等进行了剖析,得到了目前数字孪生水利建设过程中面临的主要挑战:水利信息模型、数据融合和服务标准缺失,专业模型智能化程度不高、智能基因注入不足,孪生应用场景广度不够、深度不足。基于此,构建了数字孪生赋能国家水网全维度构建、流域多目标联合调度,以及水利工程全生命期建设的应用场景,可为数字孪生水利提供建设思路。 Digital twin water conservancy includes 3 major categories:digital twin hydraulic engineering,digital twin basins and digital twin water network.The main research content includes 6 relationships:digital twin-hydraulic engineering,digital twin-basins,a digital twin-water network,water network-basins,water network-hydraulic engineering,and basins-hydraulic engineering.Among them,digital twin hydraulic engineering is the key to realizing digital twin basins,and digital twin hydraulic engineering and digital twin basins are the prerequisites for realizing digital twin water networks.I analyzed and summarized the basic connotation and core elements of digital twin water conservancy and the relationship with smart water conservancy.The main challenge facing the current digital twin water conservancy construction was the lack of water information models,data fusion and service standards,the low level of intelligence process of professional models,the insufficiency of intelligent gene injection,the lack of breadth and depth of twin application scenarios.Based on these,I proposed several application scenarios such as digital twin empowerment for full-dimensional construction of a national water network,multi-objective joint scheduling in basins,and hydraulic engineering life-cycle construction,to provide construction ideas for digital twin water conservancy.
