摘要
目的:观察在中风后手功能障碍治疗中浮针配合上肢机器人所取得的治疗效果。方法:选取120例中风后手功能障碍患者,病例选取时间为2021年8月1日―2022年11月30日,随机分组,各60例。对照组使用普通体针联合针刺八邪穴,研究组实施浮针联合上肢机器人。对比两组患者治疗前、治疗后2周、治疗后4周偏瘫侧手最大握力、关节活动度、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分,并对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗前两组偏瘫侧手最大握力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组偏瘫侧手最大握力与对照组相比更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组关节活动度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,对照组及研究组的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在中风后手功能障碍治疗中采用浮针配合上肢机器人治疗方法,有助于改善患者的握力及关节活动度,提高患者的运动功能,手功能障碍改善效果突出,为临床上治疗中风后手功能障碍提供一种的新思路,经济实用,简便价廉,为发扬中医药治疗本病的优势提供科学证据。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of floating needle combined with upper limb robot in the treatment of hand dysfunction after stroke.Methods:A total of 120 patients with hand dysfunction after stroke were selected from August 1,2021 to November 30,2022,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received ordinary body needle combined with acupuncture at Baxie acupoints,and the study group received the floating needle combined with the upper limb robot treatment.The maximum grip strength,range of motion and Fugl-Meyer motor function score of hemiplegic side hand were compared between the two groups before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment.And the therapeutic effect in the two groups was compared.Results:There was no difference in the maximum grip strength of the hemiplegic side hand between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the maximum grip strength of hemiplegic side hand in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The joint motion score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Fugl-Meyer motor function scores between the control group and the study group(P>0.05).For the score after treatment,the data in the study group was higher than the contol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate in the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of hand dysfunction after stroke,the floating needle combined with the upper limb robot therapy is helpful to improve the patients’grip strength and joint motion,promote the patients’motor function,and the improvement effect of hand dysfunction is outstanding.It provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of hand dysfunction clonus after stroke
