摘要
乡村人才是强农兴农的根本。加快推进中国式农业现代化对乡村人才提出新的更高要求,人才队伍建设面临的问题和挑战更加严峻,急需锻造一批情系“三农”、扎根乡村、振兴产业的高水平乡村人才——大国农匠,以先进理念和经营模式引导小农户进入现代农业发展轨道。基于对全国农民技能大赛获奖选手的履历信息的分析,阐释了中国式农业现代化中大国农匠的内涵特征及其培育的价值意义,从培育客体、培育主体和培育方案3个方面分析大国农匠培育体系,进而提出大国农匠培育的实践路径。
Rural talents are the foundation of strengthening and prospering agriculture.Accelerating the promotion of Chinese agricultural modernization puts forward new and higher requirements for rural talents,and the problems and challenges faced by the cultivation of rural talents are more severe.It is urgent to cultivate a group of high-level rural talents,Great Farmer Craftsman(GFC),who love agriculture,rural areas and farmers,take root in rural areas and revitalize industries,to guide smallholders to enter the track of modern agricultural development with advanced concepts and business models.Based on the analysis of the resume information of the winners of the national farmers’skill competition,this paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of the GFC,and the value of cultivation of GFC in Chinese agricultural modernization;analyzes the cultivation system of GFC from three aspects of the cultivation object,the cultivation subject and the cultivation plan;then proposes the practical path of the cultivation of the GFC.
