摘要
混凝土一次浇筑施工技术是一种在房建工程中应用广泛的施工方法,能提高混凝土结构的整体性和强度,减少施工周期,降低人力成本,加快工程进度,提升效益。文章结合具体工程,详细说明房建工程中混凝土一次浇筑无缝施工技术要点,包括水泥的选择及配比方法、一次浇筑方法、振捣方法和混凝土养护方法,并使用温度检测的方法检测一次浇筑无缝施工质量。检测结果表明:该工程的混凝土覆盖温度为47.1~48.8℃,满足工程要求。文章研究旨在为房建工程中的混凝土施工提供新方法,为房建工程的发展和进步作出重要贡献。
Concrete one-time pouring construction technology is a widely used construction method in housing construction engineering.It can improve the integrity and strength of concrete structures,reduce construction cycles and labor costs,accelerate engineering progress,and improve efficiency.Based on the specific engineering,this paper explains in detail the key points of seamless construction technology of concrete one-time pouring in housing construction engineering,including cement selection and proportioning method,one-time pouring method,vibrating method and concrete curing method,and uses temperature detection method to detect the quality of one-time pouring seamless construction.The detection results show that the concrete coverage temperature of the engineering is 47.1-48.8 ℃,which meets the engineering requirements.The purpose of this paper is to provide a new method for concrete construction in housing construction engineering and make important contributions to the development and progress of housing construction engineering.
