摘要
蒸压轻质加气混凝土(ALC)墙板作为性能优异的新型建材,因其具备轻质、隔音隔热、耐久性好及节能环保等特性,被广泛应用于钢结构建筑工程及工厂的内外壁。实践证明,ALC墙板在原材料、工期、人工及运输方面都表现出较好的经济效益。文章以漳州市行政服务中心建设项目为例,论述了ALC墙板的施工流程和要点及问题预防措施,并对其经济效益进行了分析,以期促进ALC墙板在钢结构建筑中的应用,并为相关领域的研究人员提供参考和借鉴。
Autoclaved lightweight Concrete(ALC)wall panel is a new type of building material with excellent performance.Because of its characteristics of light weight,sound insulation,heat insulation,good durability,energy conservation and environmental protection,it is widely used in steel structure building engineering and the inner and outer walls of factories.Practice has proved that ALC wall panel has shown good economic benefits in raw materials,construction period,labor and transportation.Taking the construction project of Zhangzhou Administrative Service Center as an example,this paper discusses the construction process,key points and preventive measures of ALC wall panel,and analyzes its economic benefits,so as to promote the application of ALC wall panel in steel structure buildings and provide reference for researchers in related fields.
