摘要
目的研究CHS-DRG分组器目前版本的分组效果,为医保部门完善精神疾病分组提供相关政策建议。方法利用SPSS 27.0统计学软件对某三级精神疾病专科医院的CHS-DRG模拟运行数据进行统计学分析。采用变异系数(CV,coefficient of variation)、方差减少量(RIV,reduction in variance)统计指标对CHS-DRG分组器目前版本的分组效果进行评价。结果CHS-DRG对某三级精神疾病专科医院的适用性较差。结论建议医保相关部门将年龄、治疗方式(有无电休克治疗)、入院方式(自愿和非自愿入院)、有无精神科共病等因素纳入分组规则,对CHS-DRG精神疾病的分组进行进一步的细化与调整,以期得到更合理的分组方案。
Objective To study the grouping effect of the current version of CHS-DRG grouping device,and provide relevant policy suggestions for improving mental illness grouping in medical insurance department.Methods The simulation data of CHS-DRG in a tertiary psychiatric hospital were analyzed by SPSS 27.0 statistical software.Coefficient of variation(CV)and reduction in variance(RIV)were used to evaluate the grouping effect of the current version of CHS-DRG.Results The applicability of CHS-DRG to a tertiary psychiatric hospital was poor.Conclusion It is suggested that the relevant medical insurance departments should include factors such as age,treatment mode(with or without electroconvulsive therapy),admission mode(voluntary and involuntary admission),and psychiatric comorbidities into the grouping rules,so as to obtain a more reasonable grouping plan by further elaborating and adjusting the grouping of CHS-DRG mental diseases.
