摘要
通过分析某钢铁企业高炉煤气管网的结构与设备运行特性,考虑管网压力与流量之间的关系,利用TGNET软件建立了高炉煤气管网模型,模拟工厂生产时管网中压力和流量的变化情况。用于制订高炉煤气调度策略。案例研究结果显示,压力模拟结果误差小于10%。当管网压力超过上限20kPa时,可以单独调整340t锅炉、130t锅炉流量,或者同时调整130t锅炉和75t锅炉流量。工厂可结合实际生产状况,制定更为合理的调整策略。
By analyzing the structure and equipment operation characteristics of blast furnace gas pipe network in an iron and steel enterprise,considering the relationship between pipe network pressure and flow,a blast furnace gas pipe network model is established by using TGNET software to simulate the changes of pressure and flow in the pipe network during production.It is used to formulate the scheduling strategy of blast furnace gas.The results of the case study show that the error of the pressure simulation results is less than 10%.When the pipe network pressure exceeds the upper limit of 20kPa,the flow rate of 340t boiler and 130t boiler can be adjusted separately,or the flow rate of 130t boiler and 75t boiler can be adjusted at the same time.The factory can make a more reasonable adjustment strategy according to the actual production situation.
