摘要
本文回顾了实施企业标准自我声明公开和监督制度的背景,根据《深化标准化工作改革方案》指出了制度制定和实施的目标,调研了制度实施以来的现状,分析了取得的成绩和不足,指出了企业标准“领跑者”制度的必要性,同时比较了国内外“领跑者”制度实施的相同之处和不足之处,根据新近出台《企业标准化促进办法》的主要内容和要求,展望了今后纺织行业企业标准的发展前景。
The paper reviews the background of self-declaration disclosure and supervision system of enterprise standards,points out the purpose of the self-declaration disclosure and supervision system of enterprise standards according to the Plan on Deepening the Reform of Standardization Work,investigates the status since the implementation of the system,analyzes the achievements and shortcomings,and highlights the necessity of the“forerunner”system of enterprise standards.Also,the paper compares the similarities and shortcomings of the“forerunner”system at home and abroad,and prospects the future development of enterprise standards in the textile industry,according to the main contents and requirements of the newly issued Measures to Promote Standardization of Enterprises.
