摘要
故宫博物院文保科技部应用数码打印设备制作古书画复制品在博物馆行业内有着丰富的经验,伴随着数码打印突飞猛进的发展,系统内配套设备已经达到了物理、机械工程学上的某些极限,业内亟需一个关于应用主流技术对古书画文物进行数字复制的标准化规范。为促进古书画复制水平的提高,本文以小型古书画数字复制系统的搭建为例,对其中涉及的仪器设备、输出耗材、软件、工作流程进行了梳理与总结,主要包括:各类古书画文物的数字扫描与编目存储、色彩管理系统的配置、文物数字影像的后期优化、输出设备驱动程序的合理使用、输出耗材选择以及复制品的主观评测维度等内容。
The Department of Conservation Science,the Palace Museum,has rich experience in using digital printing equipment to make replicas of ancient calligraphy and paintings in the museum industry.With the rapid development of digital printing,the supporting equipment in the system has reached certain limits of physics and mechanical engineering.There is an urgent need in the industry for the standardization of application of mainstream technologies in the digital replication of ancient calligraphy and paintings.In order to promote the level of replication of ancient calligraphy and paintings,this paper takes the construction of the small-scale digital replication system for ancient calligraphy and paintings as an example,sorts out and summarize relevant instruments and equipment,output consumables,software,and workflows,which mainly includes digital scanning and catalog storage of various ancient calligraphy and paintings,configuration of color management systems,post-production and optimization of digital images of cultural relics,reasonable use of output device drivers,selection of output consumables,and subjective evaluation dimensions of replicas.
