摘要
圆盘锯切技术是我国农业机械领域切割技术的重要组成部分,高速旋转的圆盘锯在茎秆锯切上有着独特优势。在锯切过程中使用有限元仿真和正交试验来确定最佳工作参数,并对圆盘锯轮廓曲线及动态稳定性进行结构优化是目前研究的热点。本文对圆盘锯工作参数和结构的优化研究现状进行了概括,分析了我国圆盘锯切技术存在的问题,并对发展趋势做出了展望。
Circular sawing technology is an important part of cutting technology in the field of agricultural machinery in China.The high-speed rotary circular sawing has an unique advantage in cutting stalks.The use of finite element simulation and orthogonal test to determine the best working parameters and optimize the structure of circular saw contour curve and dynamic stability is the focus of current research.This paper summarizes the research status of the working parameters and structure optimization of circular saw,analyzes the problems existing in China,s circular saw technology,and forecasts the development trend.
