摘要
白菜是我国种植面积大、产量多的蔬菜之一。目前,白菜收获以人工为主,劳动强度大、效率低。我国白菜机械化收获仍处于研究阶段,实现白菜机械化收获对于实现白菜全程机械化具有重要意义。为此,从我国白菜生产的实际情况出发,分析了白菜收获机特点,阐述了国内外白菜收获机械装备的现状,对拔取装置、夹持导向装置、切根装置、输送提升机构等关键部件主要组成部分和工作原理进行综述,指出存在的问题并对未来发展方向进行展望。
Cabbage is one of the vegetables with the largest planting area and the largest output in China.At present,the harvesting of cabbage is people-oriented,with high labor intensity and low efficiency.The mechanized harvesting of Chinese cabbage is still in the research stage,and the actual mechanization of cabbage is of great significance to the mechanization of the whole process of real cabbage.Therefore,starting from the actual situation of domestic cabbage production in China,the characteristics of the cabbage harvester are analyzed,and the current status of domestic and foreign cabbage harvester equipment is explained.The main components and working principle are summarized,the existing problems are pointed out and the future development direction is prospected.
