摘要
宋明时期,江右是宋明理学的重镇。江右思想家对主静工夫的关注和阐发异彩纷呈,将周敦颐所开启的静论思想一以贯之。周敦颐提出的“无欲故静”“主静立人极”的思想不仅对之后的理学发展产生了深远的影响,同时也开创了江右的静论传统。陆九渊以“心赅动静”为标识,以动静如一检视心性修养之功效,开创了心学的静论传统,同时也是抚州地区静论的代表。胡居仁自觉接续朱熹之学统,以“敬贯动静”为标识,以常存天理,拒入虚寂无实为学问进路,是上饶地区静论的代表。聂豹、罗洪先承阳明之教,浑融心学、理学之静论,默契濂溪主静之旨,以“主静归寂”“主静立体”为标识,立足于以主静之学消化良知学,他们属于阳明后学中主工夫一派,是吉安地区王学静论的代表。江右静学的传统连绵不绝,横贯理学与心学,可谓是宋明时期熠熠生辉的地域性思想。
During the Song and Ming dynasties,Jiangxi was the core area of Neo-Confucianism.The Neo-Confucian scholars in Jiangxi emphasized and elucidated in a colorful way the self-cultivation way of keeping motionless,and they followed the thought of stillness initiated by Zhou Dunyi.Zhou Dunyi's thought of"stillness without desire"and"advocat-ing stillness to establish Renji(literally referring to human polarity;connotatively the standards of conduct centered on benevolence and righteousness)"not only had a profound impact on the development of Neo-Confucianism,but also initi-ated the tradition of stllness theory in Jiangxi.Lu Jiuyuan,whose thought was marked by"the mind full of motion and motionlessness",examined the efficacy of spiritual cultivation through the unity between movement and stilness,which not only established the basis of stillness thought in the philosophy of the mind,but also represented the stillness thought in Fuzhou area.Hu Juren consciously followed Zhu Xi's academic tradition,whose thought was marked by"reverence controlling motion and motionlessness".He observed the principles of heaven constantly,and refused to enter into the passage of nihility.He became the representative of the stillness thought in Shangrao area.Nie Bao and Luo Hongxian inherited Wang Yangming's teachings of and Zhou Dunyi's thought of stillness.Their focused on the thoughts of"advo-cating stillness to regain tranquility"and"advocating stillness to restore the Noumenon".They comprehended the con-science study based on the thought of stillness.They belonged to the school of Yangming study,emphasizing efforts for self-cultivation,and they were the representatives of stillness thought in Ji'an area.The tradition of stillness thought in Jiangxi is enduring,running through CHENG-ZHU school(Neo-Confucianism)and LU-WANG school(philosophy of mind).It was a brilliant regional ideology in the Song and Ming dynasties.
