摘要 目的:对2019—2022年烟台市生活饮用水微生物检测结果进行分析,了解生活饮用水的微生物污染情况。方法:按《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB 5749—2006)微生物指标进行检测,检测项目包括菌落总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群和大肠埃希氏菌。结果:2019—2022年共采集642份生活饮用水样品,微生物指标合格率为90.34%,各年度合格率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.005,P=0.1);丰水期水质合格率低于枯水期,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=228,P<0.05);二次供水水样检测合格率低于出厂水和末梢水,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=41.262,P<0.05)。结论:烟台市生活饮用水微生物检测合格率较高,丰水期水质较枯水期差,二次供水水质较末梢水差,出厂水质量较高。进行饮用水的消毒处理是提高饮水质量的关键,相关部门仍需加强水质规范管理及消毒工作。 Objective:To analyze the microbial detection results of drinking water in Yantai city from 2019 to 2022 and understand the microbial pollution situation of drinking water.Method:Microbial indicators were tested according to the GB 5749—2006,including total bacterial count,total coliform,heat-resistant coliform,and Escherichia coli.Result:A total of 642 samples of drinking water were collected from 2019 to 2022,with a microbiological qualification rate of 90.34%.There was no statistically significant difference in the qualification rates among different years(χ^(2)=6.005,P=0.1);the qualified rate of water quality during the flood season is lower than that during the dry season,and the difference is statistically significan(tχ^(2)=228,P<0.05);the qualification rate of secondary water supply samples is lower than that of factory water and peripheral water,and the difference is statistically significan(tχ^(2)=41.262,P<0.05).Conclusion:The qualified rate of microbiological testing for drinking water in Yantai city is relatively high.The water quality during the high water period is worse than that during the low water period,and the water quality for secondary water supply is worse than that of peripheral water.The quality of the produced water is higher.The disinfection treatment of drinking water is the key to improving the quality of drinking water,and relevant departments still need to strengthen the management of water quality standards and disinfection work.
