市政路桥工程大体积混凝土施工技术分析

摘要 在市政路桥工程施工中,几何尺寸超过1 m^(3)的大体量结构浇筑混凝土是施工技术难点,常因浇筑困难出现诸多质量问题。为提高施工质量,文章基于某地市政路桥工程实例,分析大体积混凝土施工中配合比优化、浇筑、养护、温控防裂等关键施工技术,提出以智能化温度监测系统配合预埋循环冷却管技术加强裂缝预防,并针对常见质量通病采取预防措施,以供参考。 In the construction of municipal road and bridge engineering,it is a technical difficulty to pour mass concrete with a geometric size of more than 1 m^(3),and many quality problems often occur due to pouring difficulties.In order to improve the construction quality,based on the example of a municipal road and bridge engineering,this paper analyzes the key construction technologies such as mix proportion optimization,pouring,maintenance,temperature control and crack prevention in mass concrete construction,proposes to strengthen crack prevention by combining intelligent temperature monitoring system with embedded circulating cooling pipe technology,and takes preventive measures for common quality problems for reference.
