摘要
稳步发展职业本科教育是完善现代职业教育体系的有效举措,对于职业教育高质量发展具有现实意义。文章主要从宏观、中观、微观三个层面对稳步发展职业本科教育进行内在逻辑分析,稳步发展职业本科教育利于服务国家关键性战略的重要举措、利于满足人民美好教育需要的现实回应、利于现代职业教育体系的不断完善。当前我国职业本科教育形成多元化的实践发展逻辑,但其实质性进展缓慢,存在着办学理念和定位不够清晰、职业教育特色不够彰显、人才培养质量不够到位等现实困境,制约着职业本科教育稳步发展。对此,稳步发展职业本科教育应转变观念、精准定位,坚守特色、聚焦产业,制度支撑、资源增效,助推职业本科教育砺前行。
The steady development of vocational undergraduate education is an effective measure to improve the modern vocational education system and has strategic significance for the high-quality development of vocational ed-ucation.The article mainly analyzes the internal logic of the steady development of vocational undergraduate educa-tion from the macro,meso and micro levels.The steady development of vocational undergraduate education is con-ducive to the important measures of serving the country's key strategy,the realistic response to meet the people's needs for better education,and the continuous improvement of the modern vocational education system.At present,China's vocational undergraduate education has formed a diversified practical development logic,but its substantial progress is slow.There are realistic difficulties such as unclear school running concept and positioning,insufficient display of vocational education characteristics,and inadequate quality of talent training,which restrict the steady development of vocational undergraduate education.In this regard,the steady development of vocational undergrad-uate education should change the concept,precise positioning,adhere to the characteristics,focus on industry,in-stitutional support,resource efficiency,and promote vocational undergraduate education to forge ahead.
