新型气相色谱-质谱法测定环境空气中多氯联苯的方法验证 被引量:1

摘要 多氯联苯(PCBs)长期广泛存在于环境中,并会对人体健康以及动植物造成极大危害。为满足环境空气中多氯联苯项目的监测要求,本论文采用一种新型的气相色谱-质谱法,即具有广谱PCBs测试的方法验证,按照《环境空气多氯联苯的测定气相色谱-质谱法》(HJ902—2017)的标准,最终获得优异的测试结果。实验结果表明,此种新型方法验证对27种多氯联苯及其衍生物在浓度范围为25.0~500μg/L内都呈现出较好的线性关系,其中相关系数均超过0.997,并且此方法验证的检出限、精密度、准确度均满足HJ902—2017标准。此结果表明此方法可以测定环境空气中27种氯联苯及其衍生物的能力。 Polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)exist widely in the environment for a long time and caused great threat to human health,animals and plants.In order to meet the monitoring requirements of PCBs in ambient air,this manuscript provides a new method verification by gas-chromatoc-mass spectrometry for a broad spectrum PCBs measurements.According to the“Determination of PCBs in ambient air gas-chromatoc-mass spectrometry”(HJ 902—2017)standard,as a result,we obtained an excellent result.The experimental results showed that this new method verification have a good linear relationship for 27 PCBs and their derivatives in the concentration range of 25.0~500μg/L,all correlation coefficients had exceed 0.997.Both of detection limit,precision and accuracy of the method verification are verified to conform to the HJ 902—2017 standard.The results show that this method verification can determine the ability of 27 kinds of PCBs and their derivatives in ambient air.
