摘要
目的研究参苓白术散加减配合自拟三伏脾胃贴治疗脾虚湿盛型泄泻病的临床效果。方法方便选取2018年7月—2023年7月在苏州工业园区星湖医院中医科就诊的38例脾虚湿盛型泄泻病患者为研究对象。采取随机数表法分为对照组和治疗组,各19例。对照组行常规参苓白术散加减治疗;治疗组在参苓白术散加减治疗下配合三伏脾胃贴联合治疗,对比两组疗效、中医证候评分。结果治疗组临床疗效(94.74%)高于对照组(73.68%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.885,P<0.05);治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组大便次数、大便性状、腹痛、食欲不振、脘腹痞满积分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参苓白术散加减配合三伏脾胃贴治疗脾虚湿盛型泄泻病治疗效果令人满意。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Shenling Baizhusan plus reduction combined with self-designed Sanfu spleen and stomach patch in the treatment of diarrhea disease with spleen deficiency and dampness-sheng.Methods 38 patients diagnosed with spleen deficiency and dampness-sheng type diarrhea disease who attended the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Suzhou Industrial Park Xinghu Hospital from July 2018 to July 2023 were conveniently selected.They were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 19 cases in each.The control group with conventional Shenling Baizhusan plus reduction treatment.the treatment group were treated with Sanfu spleen and stomach patch under the treatment of Shenling Baizhusan plus reduction,and the efficacy and chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the treatment group clinical efficacy(94.74%)was higher than that in control group(73.68%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.885,P<0.05).In terms of traditional Chinese medicine evidence points,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the stool count,stool character,abdominal pain,loss of appetite,epigastric and abdominal plumpness points of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of Shenling Baizhusan plus reduction cooperating with Sanfu spleen and stomach patch in treating diarrhea with spleen deficiency and dampness-sheng is satisfactory.
