摘要
以重庆市为研究对象,构建研学旅行服务能力评价指标体系,采用熵值法对研学旅行服务能力进行测度,并进行障碍因子分析,结果发现:重庆市研学旅行服务能力总体呈上升趋势,同时也表现出明显的阶段性变化特征。各子系统的贡献度和评价值变化显示出研学旅行服务能力的内部各要素发展总体向好。早期阻碍研学旅行服务能力提升的主要障碍因素集中于教育讲解服务、交通服务和医疗救助服务3个方面。近期住宿餐饮业成为阻碍研学旅行服务能力提升的主要障碍因素。各服务主体应持续关注研学旅行市场的供需变化,动态调整服务要素供给,以推动区域研学旅行高质量发展。
Taking Chongqing as the research object,the evaluation index system of study tour service ability is constructed,and the entropy method is used to measure the study tour service ability,and the obstacle factor analysis is carried out.The results show that:The overall study tour service ability of Chongqing is on the rise,and it also shows obvious stage change characteristics.The changes in the contribution and evaluation value of each subsystem show that the development of the internal elements of the study tour service ability is generally good.The main obstacle factors that hinder the improvement of study tour service ability in the early-stage focus on three aspects:education and explanation service,transportation service and medical assistance service.Recently,the accommodation and catering industry has become a major obstacle to the improvement of study tour service ability.Each service subject should continue to pay attention to the changes in the supply and demand of the study tour market,and dynamically adjust the supply of service factors to promote the high-quality development of regional study tour.
