摘要
针对传统短线法存在施工匹配用时长、匹配效率低、用人多、匹配精度较低等问题,研发节段梁智能匹配调节施工技术,本技术在测量环节采用自动跟踪测量技术,实现测量数据可靠及时的目的;在匹配调节环节采用全自动液压控制系统进行匹配调节,实现匹配工作自动化;采用多传感信息融合定位复测系统实现匹配工作全过程跟踪复核;在测量系统与匹配调节系统数据传输方面,采用测量系统与匹配调节系统的无缝对接打通测量匹配工序间自动控制通道,完全实现匹配调节的自动化。
In response to the problems of long construction matching time,low matching efficiency,large number of personnel,and low matching accuracy in traditional short line methods,an intelligent matching and adjustment construction technology for segmental beams has been developed.This technology adopts automatic tracking measurement technology in the measurement process,achieving the goal of reliable and timely measurement data;in the matching adjustment process,a fully automatic hydraulic control system was adopted for matching adjustment,achieving automation of matching work;we adopted a multi-sensor information fusion positioning and retesting system to achieve full process tracking and verification of matching work;in terms of data transmission between the measurement system and the matching adjustment system,seamless integration between the measurement system and the matching adjustment system has been adopted to open up the automatic control channel between the measurement and matching processes,fully realizing the automation of matching adjustment.
