摘要
高校实验室是开展实验教学研究、培养学生科研兴趣、激发学生创新能力、探索科学研究成果的重要场所,是实现理论与实践结合的重要基地,也是提高高校教学水平、科研水平、管理水平的关键所在。针对目前实验室安全管理中存在的问题,通过加强实验室安全动态管理、多举措提高安全管理水平、保证安全管理全方位执行,引导师生正确认识实验室在高校建设和教育教学中的地位和重要性,将实验室安全管理工作融入高校建设中,以期为提高高校整体建设和综合办学实力、开展高水平教学科研活动、培养高质量应用型科技人才、维护校园安全和社会稳定提供重要的安全保障。
University laboratory is an important place to carry out experimental teaching and research,cultivate students' interest in scientific research,stimulate students' innovation ability,explore scientific research results,is an important base to realize the combination of theory and practice,and is the key to improve the teaching level,research level and management level of universities.In view of the problems existing in the laboratory safety management,through strengthening the dynamic management of laboratory safety,to ensure the all-round implementation of safety management,more measures to improve the level of safety management,guide teachers and students to correctly understand the status and importance of the laboratory in the construction of colleges and universities and education development,the laboratory safety management work into the construction of colleges and universities.In order to improve the overall construction of colleges and universities and comprehensive educational strength,carry out high-level teaching and research activities,train high-quality applied scientific and technological talents,maintain campus security and social stability to provide important security guarantee.
