摘要
基于大数据平台的公客服务可视化BI设计为不同层级的管理者和决策制定者提供了定制的多维度可视化数据。针对公客服务提出的更高要求和用户服务提出的更高品质的要求,进行基于大数据平台的公客服务可视化BI设计,通过BI架构实现了内部数据的可视化、大小屏实时查询、分权分域订制报表、信息的实时分析,提高了工作效率。
The visualization BI design of public and customer services is based on big data platforms providing customized multi-dimensional visualization data for managers and decision-makers at different levels.In response to higher requirements for public customer services and the higher quality requirements for user services,this article proposes a visualization BI design for public and customer services based on the big data platform.Through the BI architecture,internal data visualization,real-time query of large and small screens,and decentralized and domain customized reports are achieved,achieving real-time analysis of information and improving work efficiency.
