摘要
目的探讨阿奇霉素联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2022年7月至2023年5月贵州省瓮安县人民医院接诊的77例支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组。参照组(38例)采用阿奇霉素治疗,试验组(39例)采用阿奇霉素联合布地奈德治疗,比较两组炎症因子水平、临床症状消失时间、肺功能指标及临床疗效。结果试验组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6及C反应蛋白水平低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组发热、咳嗽、喘息及肺部啰音消失时间短于参照组(P<0.05);试验组呼气流量峰值、第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管肺炎能够减轻炎症反应、缓解症状、提高肺功能,临床效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Budesonide in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods A total of 77 children with bronchopneumonia in Weng’an County People’s Hospital from July 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(38 cases)was treated with Azithromycin,and the experimental group(39 cases)was treated with Azithromycin combined with Budesonide.The levels of inflammatory factors,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,lung function indexes and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,wheezing and pulmonary rales in the experimental group was earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).The peak expiratory flow,forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with Budesonide treating bronchopneumonia in children can reduce inflammatory reaction,relieve symptoms and improve lung function,and the clinical effect is significa nt,which is worthy of promotion.
