摘要
跨境电商作为一种新业态,已成为创新国际贸易新方式的重要途径。传统外贸企业在转型过程中应紧抓跨境电商发展机遇,着力打造具有国际影响力的品牌,不断提高自身的市场竞争力。鉴于此,文章以推动外贸转型升级为目的,采取文献分析等方法对传统纺织外贸企业转型跨境电商进行研究与思考,并从以下几个角度提出参考建议:重视产品质量,打造优质品牌;重视人才培养,打造专业团队;选择电商平台,提高市场影响;重视售后管理,完善服务体系。
As a new form of business,cross-border e-commerce has become an important channel to innovate new ways of international trade.Traditional foreign trade enterprises should seize the opportunity of cross-border e-commerce development during the transformation,focus on building brands with international influence,and continuously improve their market competitiveness.In view of this,the article aims to promote the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade,and adopts methods such as literature analysis to study and reflect on the transformation of foreign trade enterprises of traditional textile into cross-border e-commerce.Reference suggestions are proposed from the following perspectives:emphasizing product quality and building high-quality brands;emphasizing talent cultivation and building professional teams;choosing e-commerce platforms to enhance market impact;paying attention to after-sales management and improving the service system.
