摘要
以温病和下法的历代源流为切入点,探究温病下法在临床杂病应用的中医理论,尤其湿温证应用下法的争议、时机和技巧,并通过临证验案两则简要分析应用下法的辨证思路和心得体会。旨在梳理和总结温病下法的遣方用药特色,为临床杂病的诊疗提供新的理论依据。
Starting from the historical origins of febrile diseases and Xiafa,this article explores the traditional Chinese medicine theory of the application of Xiafa in clinical miscellaneous diseases,especially the controversy,timing,and skills of the application of Xiafa in the syndrome of dampness and warmth.Through two clinical cases,it briefly analyzes the dialectical thinking and experience of applying Xiafa.The purpose is to sort out and summarize the characteristics of prescription and medication for treating febrile diseases,and provide a new theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical miscellaneous diseases.
