摘要
在盾构法施工过程中,往往采用钢套筒+冷冻法加固的方式始发,大大降低了洞门涌水、涌砂、地面沉降的风险,保证了盾构始发的安全性。但是,因冷冻法施工导致冷冻区土体温度极低,盾构机在始发过程中极易出现刀盘冻结的情况,论文结合某项目,介绍了项目的地质条件及盾构施工冷冻设计,分析了刀盘的受困经过和原因,并提出解决措施,探究了冷冻加固区掘进的注意事项。
In the process of shield tunneling construction,the steel sleeve+freezing method is often used to start,which greatly reduces the risk of water gushing,sand gushing and ground settlement in the tunnel door,and ensures the safety of shield tunneling.Due to the freezing construction,the temperature ofthe soil in the freezing area is very low,and the shield machine is easy to freeze in the starting process.Based on a project,this paper introduces the geological conditions ofthe project and the freezing design ofshield construction,analyzes the trapped process and reasons ofcutter head,puts forward solutions,and probes into the matters for attention in the excavation offrozen reinforcement area.
