基于不同胶膜封装的n型双玻TOPCon光伏组件的可靠性研究 被引量:2

摘要 胶膜是光伏组件封装时的关键材料,其性能的优劣将直接影响光伏组件输出功率的大小和使用寿命。采用两种不同的胶膜封装n型TOPCon光伏组件,并通过湿热、热循环、电势诱导衰减(PID)测试,研究两种胶膜封装的光伏组件的电性能和可靠性。实验结果表明:正、背面均采用聚烯烃弹性体(POE)胶膜的光伏组件较正面POE胶膜+背面聚乙烯-聚醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)胶膜的光伏组件最大功率高2.2 W,光电转换效率高0.08%;正、背面均采用POE胶膜的光伏组件在经过湿热、PID测试后输出功率衰减也低于正面POE胶膜+背面EVA胶膜的光伏组件。POE胶膜可在一定程度上降低出现PID现象的风险,在很大程度上延长光伏组件的使用寿命,因此越来越多的双玻光伏组件开始使用POE胶膜。 The encapsulating film is the key material for the packaging of PV modules,and its material properties will directly affect the output power and service life of PV modules.This paper uses two different types of encapsulating films packaging n-TOPCon PV modules,and studied the electrical performance and reliability of the two types of PV modules through the test of wet heat,heat cycle and potential induced attenuation(PID).The experimental results show that the maximum power of the PV module with POE encapsulating film on the front and back is 2.2 W higher than that of the PV module with POE+EVA encapsulating film on the front and back,and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is 0.08% higher.The output power attenuation of the PV module with POE encapsulating film on the front and back is lower than that of the PV module with POE+EVA encapsulating film on the back after the damp-heat and PID test.POE encapsulating film can reduce the risk of PID phenomenon to a certain extent,and can greatly extend the service life of PV modules,so more and more bifacial glass PV modules begin to use POE encapsulating film.
