50 m移动模架整体提升、横移换幅施工技术

摘要 50 m移动模架结构具有一定复杂性,需在较短的工期内完成反复拆除与重装。采用合理的吊装方式以及横移换幅技术,可在一定程度上提升移动模架组装效率,不仅可缩短工期,而且还可降低移动模架组装过程中的复杂性。基于此,研究以50 m移动模架整体提升、横移换幅施工为例,对横移换幅施工技术进行分析,以期为类似工程建设提供参考。 The 50 m mobile formwork structure has certain complexity and requires repeated dismantling and reinstallation within a relatively short construction period.By adopting reasonable lifting methods and lateral displacement and amplitude changing techniques,the efficiency of mobile formwork assembly can be improved to a certain extent.This not only shortens the construction period,but also reduces the complexity of the mobile formwork assembly process.Based on this,this study takes the overall lifting and horizontal displacement and replacement construction of a 50 m mobile formwork as an example to analyze the horizontal displacement and replacement construction technology,in order to provide reference for similar engineering construction.
