摘要
由于10 kV配电网系统中性点不接地的特殊接线方式,其电能计量装置的TV多采用V-v接线方式,在保证供电可靠性的同时节省了客户或供电企业的设备投资成本。该类接线方式电压、电流组合相较三相四线接线方式更为复杂多变,因而错接线时有发生。提出一种基于归纳推理的方法以论证TV二次反极性故障,可完整将12种TV二次反极性的错接线类别准确分辨,并在实际生产中加以验证,对V-v接线的故障判别和后续电量追补工作具有一定指导意义。
Due to the special wiring method where the neutral point of the 10 kV power distribution network system is not grounded,the TV of its electric energy metering device mostly adopts the V-v wiring method,which saves the equipment investment cost of customers or power supply enterprises while ensuring the reliability of power supply.The voltage and current combination of this type of wiring method is more complicated than the three-phase four-wire,and wrong wiring occurs from time to time.This paper proposes a method based on inductive reasoning to demonstrate the TV secondary reverse polarity fault,which can accurately distinguish 12 kinds of TV secondary reverse polarity miswiring categories,and verify it with practical examples,which has a certain guiding significance for the fault identification of V-v connection and the follow-up power recovery work.
